The during, only inspector with what I call “The Speakeasy” report. Normal Wear, Monitor, Address Now, used in place of minor deficiency, moderate defect, and everyone’s favorite major defect! My explanations and recommendations are easy to read and understand. Intentionaly built for people, not tradesmen. 

The after, I’m the only inspector within 80 miles that gives you free access to Homebinders Repair Pricer and the option with no hassle a third party (homebinder) quality control follow up then a few days later if positive feedback was given the option to have them do all the leg work of setting up all the utilities for the buyer from water service to security sysstem if they want it.
